Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Act as the HR point of contact for all plant employees.

    • Drive employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.

    • Handle grievance management and disciplinary actions.

  2. Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Manage manpower planning in coordination with plant leadership.

    • Oversee recruitment for plant roles (staff, operators, technicians).

    • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.

  3. Statutory Compliance & IR

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.

    • Maintain liaison with government authorities, labor inspectors, and local bodies.

    • Support in handling unions/worker committees if applicable.

  4. Performance & Training

    • Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.

    • Support performance management process for plant employees.

    • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.

  5. HR Operations

    • Maintain employee records and HRIS.

    • Oversee payroll inputs, overtime, and contract labor management.

    • Ensure health, safety, and welfare measures are implemented effectively.
