Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Call qualified leads (data provided) : 150+ dials / 100 call connects per day
- Share project pricing, offers, and benefits : 5 active product pitches/day
- Schedule & coordinate builder site visits : 7-10 visits/week
- Attend walk-ins and assist during site closures : Especially on weekends
- Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily : 100% compliance
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate)
- Project Knowledge : Familiarity with East Bengaluru builders like Brigade, Prestige, Sobha, Puravankara, Assetz, Shriram, Godrej, and Adarsh
- Local Area Comfort : Knows North Bengaluru (Devanhalli, Yelahanka etc)
- Language Skills : Kannada (preferred), Hindi, English
- Tech Tools : WhatsApp Business, CRM
Booking Value Slab (Illustrative)-Incentive per Booking

- ₹1.5 Cr unit : ₹12,500–₹17,500
- ₹2 Cr unit : ₹18,500–₹23,500+
