Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Call qualified leads (data provided) :  150+ dials / 100 call connects per day
  • Share project pricing, offers, and benefits :  5 active product pitches/day
  • Schedule & coordinate builder site visits : 7-10 visits/week
  • Attend walk-ins and assist during site closures : Especially on weekends
  • Maintain CRM and lead tracker daily : 100% compliance

 Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:  Worked in primary sales in a broking firm (real estate)
  • Project Knowledge : Familiarity with East Bengaluru builders like Brigade, Prestige, Sobha, Puravankara, Assetz, Shriram, Godrej, and Adarsh
  • Local Area Comfort : Knows North Bengaluru (Devanhalli, Yelahanka etc)
  • Language Skills :  Kannada (preferred), Hindi, English
  • Tech Tools : WhatsApp Business, CRM

 

Booking Value Slab (Illustrative)-Incentive per Booking

  • ₹1 Cr unit : ₹8,000–₹10,000

  • ₹1.5 Cr unit : ₹12,500–₹17,500
  • ₹2 Cr unit : ₹18,500–₹23,500+
