Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR (Generalist)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The role requires hands-on experience in core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Coordinate with external HR consultants/vendors for payroll, compliance, and HR operations
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Support recruitment activities including coordination and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain HRMIS/HRMS data and generate reports
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Assist leadership with HR analytics and decision-making.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
