Job Description:
Urgent requirement of Plant Head for Leading Sheet Metal Industry .
Candidate should have good exposure in Production Management, Plant Management and Team management in Sheet metal and fabrication industry.
Qualification: BE Mech, 20 plus years experience. Should have worked as a plant in charge in a vendor company, Essentially from sheet metal Industry
Job Description:
Monitor and control plant operations and achieve production & delivery targets.
Develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve production & dispatch targets as per the Cost & Quality standards.
Monitor the production cost so as to analyse and change the process to reduce cost.
Ensure Effective and efficient use of resources i.e. machine, material, manpower productivity, quality & equipment performance.
Responsible for continuous improvement in the Quality & services according to the standards set by the customer.
Follow the statutory compliances to ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly work practices.
Responsible for aligning overall team resources effectively to ensure high performance
Salary: Rs 10 to 13 LPA
Work location: Shirwal in Pune
