Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solution

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Assist ASR in conducting Basic PV Training of company staff, i.e., by assigning, training and tracking compliance.

• Send reminders to defaulters and provide status update to the ASR.

• Maintain all the records for training provided/delivered by ASR, includes soft and hard copy archival in respective files and folders.

• Document and archive all training related communications in dedicated share drive.

• Present periodic status on assignment and tracking of training to project leads/ASR.

• Administrative PV activity support at EPD India like but not limited to documentation, archival, filing and other PV activities.

• Support ASR during audits and inspections as applicable.

• Assist affiliate PV ISOtrain coordinator by ensure that Affiliate PV & Non-PV functions are assigned with all applicable PV relevant training modules in ISOtrain.
