Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- 
Drive Working Capital product penetration (CC, OD, Term Loans, Bill Discounting, Trade Finance, BG, LC, etc.) within the cluster. 
- 
Achieve assigned revenue, asset, and liability targets. 
- 
Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base (SMEs, Mid-corporates, Large Corporates). 
- 
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities. 
Team Leadership & Management
- 
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Product Sales Managers. 
- 
Build productivity and capability of the sales team through regular training and joint calls. 
- 
Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and risk policies. 
- 
Drive performance reviews and goal achievement within the team. 
Client Relationship & Portfolio Management
- 
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize wallet share. 
- 
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and solutions. 
- 
Monitor credit portfolio health and proactively manage risks. 
- 
Work closely with Credit & Risk teams for credit appraisal, sanctioning, and monitoring. 
Cross-functional Collaboration
- 
Coordinate with Trade Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Credit teams for smooth transaction execution. 
- 
Partner with product teams to design customized solutions for clients. 
- 
Drive cross-sell of other banking products (CASA, Insurance, FX, Wealth, Digital Solutions). 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 
Growth in Working Capital book within the cluster. 
- 
Achievement of revenue, liability, and fee income targets. 
- 
Portfolio quality (low delinquency, NPAs). 
- 
Employee productivity and retention. 
- 
Customer satisfaction and retention rate. 
Qualifications & Skills:
- 
Graduate / MBA / CA with 10–15 years of experience in Corporate/SME Banking. 
- 
Strong understanding of Working Capital financing, trade products, and credit assessment. 
- 
Proven leadership and people management skills. 
- 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
- 
Ability to drive business in a competitive environment while ensuring compliance.
