Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand-building initiatives, oversee marketing campaigns, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. The role involves guiding the in-house team, providing strategic direction, and strengthening the brand presence across real estate, hospitality, and upcoming ventures.

Reporting to: Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by the in-house team.
  • Review and approve marketing content, creative, and collateral.
  • Track key marketing metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions) and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Map customer journeys and enhance engagement touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives with business goals.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure brand-compliant designs for real estate, hospitality, and new ventures.
  • Brainstorm social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Optimize content on all company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content & set a uniform language across all channels
  • Create compelling content for all marketing collateral spread across ATL/BTL
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Plan, Proofread and execute all marketing strategies in a given budget, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and vendors, and coordinate actions
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Brand management/marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage and mentor in-house marketing/design teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Real estate/hospitality sectors preferred.
  • Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
