Education: BE (Mech./Prod.) with min 5+ years of experience or DME with 6+ years of experience in the field of sheet metal / fabrication / auto ancillary / engineering industry.
Work location: Chakan in Pune
Reporting To: General Manager Marketing

Job Description:
Market Research & Analysis
Lead Generation / RFQ Generation
Customer Visits – Leads / RFQ / New Developments / Routine Sales
Marketing Plan Prepare – Reporting plan vs actual for visits / sales / payments / other sales activities
Attending exhibitions – Identifying potential customers
Drawing Study / Feasibility Study
New Customer Development
Updates on competitors and SWOT analysis for own company as well as competition.
Techno-commercial discussion and proposal submission to customers.
Sales Forecast / Budgeting
Close coordination with internal teams (development / production / quality) to achieve customer satisfaction.
Manage customer accounts from lead generation to payment receipts.

Desire candidate profile:
Communication Skills – excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
Ready to travel in and around Pune Industrial Area – Chakan / Ranjangaon / PCMC / Others
Should be able to drive 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler and should have own 2 wheeler with valid licence.
Hands on experience with MS – Excel / Power Point
Sound knowledge of cost estimation
