Job Description:
- Receiving the inbound calls to potential customers with the aim of Resolve the Customer Query and Provide the delightful experience of our services.
- Explain the features and benefits of products/services to prospective clients.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly Performance Parameters set by the management.
- Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive support and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Support Executives or similar customer service/sales/Support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prefer by below language (Hindi English Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred.
Salary: 22K to 28K per month
Location: All India (work From Home)
