LAWYER - COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS
Job Description:
Drafting and vetting Contracts/Agreements. This would include Contracts between business partners,
such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider agreements,
vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and
other commercial contracts.
Finalizing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for dierent clients.
Staying updated with the latest amendments in the various corporate laws.

⊲Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts.
Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
