Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Planning
-
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and growth targets.

Drive operational excellence and align organizational processes with long-term strategic objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to project bidding and tender strategies.
2. Project & Operations Management
-
Oversee the execution of large-scale water supply, wastewater, and infrastructure projects PAN India.
-
Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
-
Implement best practices for project planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
-
Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across all projects.
3. Financial & P&L Management
-
Manage the organization’s P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.

Track financial performance and ensure profitability across projects.
-
Drive efficient utilization of resources and improve operational margins.
4. People & Leadership Management
-
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.
-
Build a high-performance culture by developing talent and fostering leadership at all levels.
-
Align HR strategies with business objectives to ensure seamless workforce planning.
5. Stakeholder & Client Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, contractors, and vendors.

Represent the organization in strategic meetings, negotiations, and industry forums.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective project delivery.
Key Requirements
-
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical) preferred; MBA / PGDM in Operations or Project Management is a plus.
-
Experience: Minimum 18–25 years of experience in infrastructure, water supply, wastewater, or EPC project management.

Proven Expertise In:

Large-scale infrastructure project execution

PAN India operations management

P&L ownership and financial planning

Vendor and stakeholder management
-

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
