Job Description:
Must be Graduate/Post Graduate with about 3 to 4 years in working for Industrial Project in Chhattisgarh. Canditate must be based at Raipur
The Liaisoning Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with government departments, regulatory bodies, local authorities, and other external stakeholders. The role involves managing statutory approvals, licenses, and clearances, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the organization’s operational and project-related needs.
🧰 Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, municipal corporations, and statutory agencies.

Coordinate and follow up for required permits, licenses, NOCs, and approvals (e.g., building permits, environmental clearances, trade licenses, etc.).

Prepare and submit applications and documentation for government approvals and compliance requirements.

Track and ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and other statutory documentation.

Act as the point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders for regulatory or administrative issues.

Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, and legal documents.

Represent the company in official meetings, hearings, or inspections as required.

Liaise with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Support internal teams with information or coordination required for ongoing projects.

Monitor changes in government policies or regulations that may impact operations.
📚 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
(Master’s degree preferred for senior roles) -
3–10 years of experience in liaisoning, government relations, or regulatory affairs.

Strong understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks and procedures.

Prior experience handling approvals and compliance in [industry, e.g., real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, etc.]
