Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: North India (Extensive Travel Required)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing and sales of RD Powder, MHEC, HEC, and Adhesives in the Dry Mix Cement & Paint Industry.

• Develop and expand business by visiting existing and potential clients across North India.

• Manage and lead a small team of 4–5 members to execute market development activities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market developments.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.

• 4–8 years of experience in sales/marketing within chemical, raw material, paint, or construction-related industries.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

• Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
