Job Description: Service Engineer - Injection Moulding Machines

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning: Install and set up injection molding machines, robots, and automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.

Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, including replacing hydraulic components (rams, seals, valves), electrical systems, and electronic boards. Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to maintain equipment efficiency.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machine malfunctions, part defects, or process inefficiencies. Analyze production data (cycle times, scrap rates, machine efficiency) to identify and address performance issues.

Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technologies to enhance production quality and reduce costs.

Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to operators, toolmakers, and technicians on machine operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and production reports. Update process documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to discuss solutions, order parts, and provide technical support. Ensure high-quality service to meet client expectations.
