Job Description:
Manage the existing business partners and should be able to identify new business partners to sell our
COPEs
Bring in STB Sales, Activations from existing and new partners as per the set targets
Monitoring the existing business partners and assist with their concerns/challenges
Keep the churn below the targets set
Achieve the collection targets
Promote Broadband; Combo and other digital products introduced by the organization
Measure and report to management on impact of all activities being implemented
Track customer issues through partners and resolve
Recovery of deactivated STBs from the market
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Age 30-35 years
