Job Description:

A back office executive manages administrative and operational support, including data entry, record-keeping, document processing, and report generation to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business operationsKey responsibilities involve coordinating with internal departments, managing databases, and assisting with workflow, while required skills typically include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency with office software, and good communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management:
    Collecting, organizing, and entering accurate data into databases and systems. 
     
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintaining and organizing physical and digital records, files, and documents. 
     
  • Document Processing:
    Handling routine transactions, such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts. 
     
  • Workflow Coordination:
    Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient teamwork. 
     
  • Reporting:
    Generating and distributing Management Information System (MIS) reports and assisting with presentations. 
     
  • Administrative Support:
    Performing general administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing office supplies. 
     
  • Issue Resolution:
    Handling customer inquiries or resolving discrepancies in data and reports. 
     
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Organizational SkillsStrong ability to manage tasks, files, and information efficiently. 
     
  • Attention to DetailCrucial for ensuring accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and report generation. 
     
  • Technical ProficiencyExpertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or accounting software. 
     
  • Communication SkillsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
     
  • TeamworkCapacity to collaborate with different departments and act as a team player. 
     
  • EducationA bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is often preferred.
