Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle ,including ,sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Assist in employee engagement, retention programs, and performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Handle grievance redressal, employee queries, and provide HR support to all teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership on training, development, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and best HR practices.
  • Contribute to building a positive, transparent, and professional workplace culture.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
  • 2 - 3 years of proven HR experience in recruitment, HR operations, or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take the initiatives, and manage multiple tasks.
