Job Description:

are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team
and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal
candidate will have experience in recruitment. We’re seeking
someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent,
driving company growth, and helping people develop successful
careers.

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition roadmap aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
Research best practices in Talent Acquisition across the industry, select the most effective recruitment strategy, and implement the changes to
enhance TA process efficiency.
Create Recruitment Dashboards and provide analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, and action plans based on it.
2. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks,
and referrals. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Leverage innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
To create compensation benchmarks for the different functions and ensure that we have an optimal structure to attract the right talent.
3. Candidate Assessment & Selection
Implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills,
experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent. Ensure a
positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.

4. Employer Branding and Positioning
Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, industry events networking & Campus
Ensure consistency in communication, and branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints by developing compelling employer branding materials,
including job postings, employee testimonials, and company profiles.
5. Onboarding & Induction
Drive employee Induction and onboarding for all the new joiners within TAT. Ensure implementation of New Hire Onboarding program
6. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment
efforts with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and
offer negotiation.
7. Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology providers, to augment internal
recruitment efforts.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
Monitor vendor performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of vendor partnerships and make data-driven decisions

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Ten or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
● Advanced knowledge of database management, and Social Networking sites, Portals
& ATS
● Proven success in conducting first-level screening interviews using various methods
(phone, video, email, in-person)
● Ability to travel when required
● Strong networking skills.

● Act as an internal consultant on candidates.
● Self-driven and passionate.
● Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-
making skills
● Conceptual and analytical thinking and project management
● Multi-tasking and Problem-solving

Qualification:
● Master degree (or equivalent) in human resources management.
● Experience in recruitment, particularly in sales of a minimum of 5 years.
● In addition to above, experience in B2B industry will be an added advantage.
