Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation from the various portal .
P itch IT services to international clients.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking .
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue .
P repare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients if needed.
Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets .
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth .
Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system .
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1 + years of experience in a sales or business development role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
P roven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
P roficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
F amiliarity with eCommerce platforms(Magento, Shopify, Shop ware, Prestashop,
WooCommerce etc..) is a plus
