Job Description:

As a Team Leader in our Primary Sales vertical, you will drive end-to-end project performance by leading a team of high-performing sales executives. Your focus will include strategic planning, sales execution, customer engagement, and team development to achieve booking and revenue targets for specific real estate projects.

Reports to: General Manager / City Head

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5–8 sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Allocate daily/weekly leads and set performance benchmarks. 
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, performance feedback, and capability building
  • Drive a high-performance culture aligned with business goals. 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Drive bookings and revenue generation for assigned residential projects.
  • Conduct joint client meetings, negotiations, and closures with team members
  •  Monitor lead pipeline, site visits, and follow-ups to maximize conversion
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-wise performance feedback

Client Relationship Management 

  • Oversee the customer journey from lead stage to post-sales follow-up. 
  • Ensure resolution of client queries, service escalations, and timely documentation. 
  • Support customer delight initiatives, feedback surveys, and referral programs. 

Channel Partner Coordination:

  • Work closely with CPs/brokers for lead sourcing and support the team in broker closures
  • Share project updates, pricing, inventory, and incentive schemes with external partners.

Performance Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track team performance metrics, including funnel conversion, booking ratio, and TAT. 
  • Maintain dashboards using CRM tools and share daily/weekly reports with Sales Head
  • Analyze productivity gaps and implement corrective action plans.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Working days and timings: 10am to 6:30pm and 6 days working (Tues - week off)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 
  • 4–6 years of residential real estate experience, with 1–2 years in a team lead role
  • Proven ability to drive sales through structured processes 
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Sell.do, Salesforce).
  • Team Handling: Minimum 2 years, managing a team of 5+ members.
