We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee operations under the Authorized Dealer (AD-II) category. The role involves handling end-to-end transactions, ensuring audit & compliance, effective coordination with banks, and managing team performance. The candidate will also contribute to process improvements, technology adoption, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Documentation Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in all documentation.

• Timely Transactions: Execute and monitor financial/forex transactions within set timelines.

• Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for smooth processing and issue resolution.

• Audit & Compliance: Adhere to RBI guidelines and regulatory standards during audits and daily operations.

• Team Coordination: Lead and support team members while working closely with RMs and other departments.

• CRM & Technology: Manage CRM systems for client/transaction records and suggest system enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Management.

• 5+ years of operations experience in Forex, Banking, or Financial Services.

• Hands-on exposure to AD-II operations, audit & compliance, and transaction processing.

• Proven expertise in bank coordination, client management, and team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
