Generate sales enquiries from the data base created with the help of sales team.

Collect and analyse freight rates for ocean, air, and inland transportation.

Ensure pricing accuracy in line with Incoterms, customer requirements, and company policies.

Send quotes to customers.

Support sales team in getting and closing the business deals.

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
