Corporate finance Manager (for Global Saas Business), Chennai

Job Description:

Position: Manager- Finance and accounts.

Major Responsibilities:

 Finalization of accounts and  consolidation of financial statements.
 Responsible for managing global transfer pricing.
 Preparation of budgets, budget vs actuals
 Preparation of MIS, financial reporting and other financial metrices.
 Manage Accounts payable for select regions and expense analysis.
 Responsible for statutory audits and other financial audits.
 Handle overseas payments & overseas banking operations.
 Any other finance & accounting related tasks required from time to time.

Key Skills:

 Excellent analytical skills
 Proficiency in business systems, accounting ERP, MS Office and financial planning software's.
 Experience in India GAAP, US GAAP
 Meticulous attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
 Excellent report writing & communication skills.
