Core Duties & Responsibilities
    • Team Management:
      Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to set standards. 
       
    • Performance Monitoring:
      Track productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to help team members improve their skills. 
       
    • Scheduling:
      Create and manage employee work schedules, considering business needs and employee availability. 
       
  • Policy Enforcement:
    Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and legal requirements. 
     
  • Conflict Resolution:
    Address and resolve workplace concerns, conflicts, and issues professionally. 
     
  • Communication:
    Act as a link between employees and senior management, communicating company goals and relaying information. 
     
  • Training & Development:
    Provide coaching and training to support employee growth and enhance overall team performance. 
     
  • Reporting:
    Document team performance, attendance, and progress, and report findings and challenges to senior management.
