Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:

Manage all aspects of daily operations for multiple QSR Stores, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. 

• Performance Management:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, manage costs, control inventory, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. 

• Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. 

• Financial Acumen:

P&L, labor, and inventory data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve overall profitability. 

• Customer Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining brand reputation and positive customer experiences. 

• Strategic Implementation:

Collaborate with corporate teams and executives to develop and execute sales strategies, implement new initiatives, and expand market reach. 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications

Must be Graduate

Min experience as District manager or Area Manager 18 months  

• Leadership & Team Management:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including store managers. 

•  
• Multi-Unit Management Experience:

Significant experience in managing multiple locations and at least 8 stores . 

• Industry Knowledge:

Experience in the fast-paced QSR or retail environment.
