Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive to join our Finance
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing
financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with
financial regulations. The role involves handling accounting tasks and assisting with
financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviews and post AP transactions with appropriate documentation and
approval.
• Reviews and posts credit card expenses to journals and ledgers.
• Ensure proper tax withholdings from vendors as applicable.
• Knowledge on creating and issuing Purchase Orders.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of general ledgers.
• Assists in year-end audits and other regulatory audits that occur during the
year.

• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
• Review and reconcile expense entries, verifying receipts and accuracy of
expense details.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven 4- 6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
