- Be on top of the COS’s schedule, priorities, and inbox, and help manage the chaos before it starts.
- Join strategic internal/external calls, take notes, follow up on actions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in executions discussed during strategy meetings; you’ll be the go-to for structure and polish.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to push projects forward and keep momentum strong.
- Keep confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- With a high ownership mindset, you don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate what’s needed.
- Adaptability, speed, and a bias toward action.
- A calming presence and a get-things-done energy, even when things are on fire.
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations.
- Manage expense reports and domestic and international travel.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team meetings and activities.
Timing: 10 AM TO 6 PM (2nd & 4th Saturdays are weeks off)
