Job Description:

• Data Management:Accurately entering and maintaining data in databases. 
• Record Keeping:Managing and updating client records, patient files, or other important documentation. 
• Administrative Support:Performing general office tasks such as file management, correspondence sorting, and ensuring office supplies are maintained. 
• Coordination:Liaising with sales, installation, and other departments to coordinate operations and projects. 
• Reporting:Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on accounts, store, or other administrative functions for management. 
• Research:Conducting industry-specific research to collect information and support business decisions. 
• Technical Support:Assisting with backend operations, server maintenance, or software updates to ensure seamless workflow. 

• Data Entry & Computer Proficiency:Strong ability to input data accurately and efficiently, with knowledge of software like Microsoft Office and advanced Excel. 
• Analytical & Numerical Skills:Ability to process and interpret data for reporting and analysis. 
• Communication Skills:Effective written and verbal communication for internal coordination. 
• Attention to Detail:Crucial for ensuring the accuracy of records and data. 
• Problem-Solving:Ability to address issues related to data, systems, or operational processes.
