We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in electrical projects to join our team for a Data Centre Project in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards across all processes, materials, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection & Testing:
    • Develop and determine standards for inspections and tests on all procedures.
    • Oversee testing methods and ensure adherence to quality standards. Supervise and implement test and inspection schedules, ensuring strict adherence to procedures.
    • Coordinate with various teams to conduct quality audits on processes and systems.
  • Material Quality:
    • Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with project specifications.
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain material quality.
  • Team Training & Compliance:
    • Assist employees in understanding quality standards and ensuring compliance with manuals and procedures.
    • Work with contractors and suppliers to uphold quality in all systems.
  • Safety & Hazard Management:
    • Manage the lifting of equipment and storage of hazardous materials safely.
    • Perform quality audits as per required schedules.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyse non-conformance processes and documents, ensuring optimal quality is maintained.
    • Prepare monthly reports on quality performance and documentations.
    • Monitor all project activities and analyse processes to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
    • Recommend corrective actions for non-compliance and maintain effective quality assurance systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for electrical projects.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards and processes.
  • Hands-on experience in quality inspections, audits, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
