Job Description:

ROLE SUMMARY
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment,
employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented
individual who can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIE

  •  Recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing)
  •  Employee Relations (fostering positive relations, resolving minor conflicts, guidance on company policies)
  •  Benefits Administration (leaves, time-off, insurance)
  •  Compliance (labor laws, regulations, company policies)
  •  HR Operations (supporting HR projects, analyzing HR data)
  •  Communication (developing HR communication strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams)

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

  •  Time-to-hire and time-to-fill metrics for recruitment
  •  Employee satisfaction and engagement metrics, including survey results and retention rates
  •  Benefits administration metrics, including benefits participation rates and benefits-related inquiries
  •  HR records and documentation metrics, including accuracy and timeliness of record-keeping
  •  Compliance metrics, including audit results and regulatory compliance

REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS

  •  Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  •  Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g.HRIS, recruitment tools)
  •  Experience with benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
  •  Knowledge of performance management and talent development principles
  •  Familiarity with online tutoring platforms andeducational technology
  •  Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel.
