Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, customs coordination, logistics, and compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant international shipments. Serve as the operations backbone for the export team and a support system to the sales function. |

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES |
|
|
• Handle all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, BL, COO, etc.) • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping agents • Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/export regulations • Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records in Tally and Excel • Track consignments and resolve operational bottlenecks • Communicate with international clients and internal teams for delivery updates • Support the sales team with client requirements related to documentation and shipping |

• Accuracy of export documentation (error-free shipments) • Timeliness of dispatch and shipment clearance • Reduction in customs delays or demurrage charges • Maintenance of compliant and audit-ready records • Internal stakeholder satisfaction (sales, production, finance) • Number of successful, timely export shipments per month |

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes • Familiarity with Indian customs, DGFT, and INCOTERMS • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and shipment tracking portals • Coordination and negotiation with freight and logistics vendors |
• Experience working in an export-oriented manufacturing company • Knowledge of EDI systems, HS codes, and port-specific procedures |
