Job Description:

ROLE SUMMARY
UI/UX Architect to lead design culture and create the visual foundation of our AI-native learning platform. Shapedesign direction for 100K+ students while building scalable design systems for React.js PWA and mobile-first educational platform.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES
● Establish design principles, processes, and culture for React.js PWA educational platform
● Create and maintain comprehensive design system across multiple product teams
● Design adaptive interfaces that respond to learning behavior and integrate with AI/ML systems
● Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for educational workflows
● Design gamified experiences improving learning engagement through data-driven decisions
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate designs
● Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design intelligent tutoring and personalized learning interfaces

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS
● User Engagement: 30% improvement in user session duration through optimized UI/UX design
● Design System Adoption: 90% design system component usage across all product teams within 6 months
● User Satisfaction: Maintain 4.5/5.0 average user satisfaction rating for platform usability
● Conversion Optimization: 40% increase in user onboarding completion rate through improved UX
● Mobile Experience: 95% mobile user satisfaction score for Progressive Web App functionality

REQUIRED SKILLS 
● 3+ years UI/UX design with experience in design
systems and educational platforms
● Expert proficiency in Figma and XD including
advanced prototyping and component systems
● Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first,
responsive design for learning platforms
● Experience building design systems with
systematic component libraries
● Understanding of accessibility standards
(WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
● Experience with user research methodologies,
usability testing, and data-driven design
● Strong understanding of frontend technologies
(HTML, CSS, React.js, PWA)

PREFERRED SKILLS

● Experience in EdTech, learning management systems, or educational applications
● Knowledge of gamification principles,behavioral design, and learning engagement strategies
● Familiarity with AI/ML interfaces and recommendation system UI design
● Experience with motion design, micro- interactions, and CSS animations
● Background in data visualization and educational analytics dashboards
● Mobile app design experience with platform-specific guidelines
