We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Asset Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and lifecycle management of our solar photovoltaic (PV) assets. The role involves end-to-end management of Solar PV and Wind plants, ensuring optimum performance, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in asset management, and proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and performance of Solar PV & Wind assets, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
  • Oversee contractors and O&M teams to ensure that contractual obligations, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor asset performance, analyse data, and implement corrective measures for optimisation.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports to lenders, customers, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, grid codes, and power purchase agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with MSEDCL officials at the circle level and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for O&M service providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset value, reduce downtime, and improve returns.
  • Support due diligence, technical assessments, and integration of new projects into the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • 10–12 years of proven experience in asset management of Solar PV and Wind projects.
  • Strong technical and operational understanding of renewable energy assets.
  • Hands-on experience in plant monitoring, performance optimisation, and reporting.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including lenders, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to lead and manage contractors and O&M teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with MSEDCL and renewable energy regulatory processes
