Job Title:

Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Retail Agency Channel

Locations:

  • Mumbai (03 positions)

  • Aurangabad (03 positions)

  • Ahmedabad (03 positions)

Compensation:

  • CTC: Best As Per Industry (based on last drawn salary & experience)

  • Performance-based incentives + Insurance coverage as per company policy


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of retail insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners to drive consistent business growth.

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new agents to expand the agency network.

  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to agents to enhance their performance and success.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

  • Prepare, review, and present accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.


Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–7 years of proven experience in sales within insurance broking companies (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of retail agency channel dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.
