Telecaller
Handling inbound calls/queries and outbound calling.
Respond to customer query on Mail & converse with customer (internal/external).
Coordination with customer and team member to resolve customer issue.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries efficiently.

Make outbound calls for follow-ups and query resolution (no sales).

Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Life Insurance, or Loan Department.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a team.

Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office).
