Telecaller

Handling inbound calls/queries and outbound calling.
Respond to customer query on Mail & converse with customer (internal/external). 
Coordination with customer and team member to resolve customer issue.

📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate / Life Insurance / Loan Department preferred)
🕒 Full-Time | No Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries efficiently.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and query resolution (no sales).

  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Life Insurance, or Loan Department.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with a team.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office).
