Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities of Territory Manager – Bangalore
1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned Bangalore territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, dealers, and distributors.

Expand market presence through lead generation and client acquisition.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the territory.

Handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Territory Planning & Coverage
-
Plan and execute daily/weekly sales routes to cover the territory effectively.

Monitor territory performance and optimize coverage to maximize results.

Ensure brand visibility through promotional activities and merchandising.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-
Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and activities within Bangalore.

Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Suggest strategies for improving market share in the territory.
5. Team Collaboration & Coordination
-
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and channel partners for smooth operations.

Work closely with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

Support regional sales managers in implementing campaigns and promotions.
6. Sales Reporting & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, pipeline, and client interactions.

Submit timely reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on sales performance.

Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and credit norms.
