Key responsibilities

- Store operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the store, which includes maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Financial management: Handle cash handling, reconcile the cash register, and prepare daily sales and expense reports.
- Sales and performance: Implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and report on key metrics like sales, staff productivity, and stock levels.
Skills and qualifications
