Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in production operations.

  • Preferably in AdBlue, Water Treatment, or Chemical Industry.

• Joining: Immediate availability required.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production as per the plan.

• Ensure efficient utilization of plant, manpower, and resources.

• Manage stock of Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM).

• Oversee QA processes and compliance (ISO / IATF / safety).

• Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Drive process improvements (efficiency, cost reduction, waste minimization).

• Ensure safety norms, 5S, and housekeeping.

• Prepare reports and documentation.

• Support audits and training of staff.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of chemical/mechanical production processes.

• Familiar with AdBlue or chemical/water treatment.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Leadership and communication abilities.

• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
