Job Description – Telesales Executive (Chemist Industry)
Position: Telesales Executive
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Chemist
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / pharma sales preferred
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to chemists, pharmacies, and distributors to promote company products.

Generate leads, explain product benefits, and convert them into sales.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build strong business relationships with chemists and retailers for repeat sales.

Share promotional offers, discounts, and new product launches with customers.

Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Collect feedback from chemists and report market insights to management.

Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies during all interactions.
Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Science/Pharma background preferred).

Prior telesales / customer service / pharma sales experience is an advantage.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
