Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers to determine hiring needs and job specifications.

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Post jobs to appropriate job boards and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other platforms.

• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

• Solid ability to conduct interviews and assess potential candidates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

• Experience recruiting in [Industry, e.g., IT, Healthcare, etc.].
