Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP – Sales & Diagnostics to lead our sales and business development function. This role is perfect for someone with proven leadership in healthcare sales, strong networking skills with doctors & diagnostic centers, and a passion for driving growth.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business partnerships with labs, doctors, and healthcare centers.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.

• Conduct regular meetings with healthcare professionals and diagnostic partners.

• Manage contracts, negotiations, and long-term business relationships.

• Monitor sales performance, create reports, and share insights with leadership.

• Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5–10 years in Sales/Marketing (preferably in Healthcare/Diagnostics).

• Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, business development, and negotiation.

• Languages: Proficiency in English (written & verbal).

• Willingness to travel as needed.
