Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is an Mid-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and learning about software and systems in a business environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical assistance and help ensure smooth operation of company software and tools.
KRA: Task / Activities
· Provide technical support for company software, applications, and systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
· Install, configure, and update software as required.
· Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
· Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user guides.
· Train and assist employees in the effective use of software and tools.
· Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in line with company policies.
· Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve product-related issues.
· Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base
Required Skills
Proven experience in a technical support, IT helpdesk, or software support role.
Strong knowledge of common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, ERP/CRM systems, collaboration tools).
Basic understanding of networking, system administration, and IT security principles..
Strong communication skills.
