Job Description:
  • Manage and maintain the organization's overall IT infrastructure, including firewalls and networks.

  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure SLA compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, hardware, and security tools.

  • Administer Fortinet, Cisco, and Sophos firewall devices.

  • Implement best practices for network security and perform regular risk assessments.

  • Escalate critical issues and collaborate with other IT teams for resolution.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of network configurations, systems, and procedures.

  • Support infrastructure setup, configuration, and day-to-day IT operations.

  • Define and manage backup and disaster recovery protocols.

  • Implement and enforce IT audit policies and compliance processes.

  • Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement, licensing, and technical support.

  • Track and manage IT assets, licensed software, and vendor contracts.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Active DirectoryDHCP, and DNS

  • Expertise in SwitchingRoutingVLANVPN, and NAT

  • Proficient in Firewall configuration and Antivirus management

  • Knowledge of Network Security Standards and Compliance policies

  • Experience with diagnostic and monitoring tools

  • Ability to handle escalations and work independently under pressure
