We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing  team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating  self-leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves selling our solutions,  mobile app, and IT software development services to small and medium businesses. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead Generation: Independently generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email marketing,  cold calling, networking, and other outbound strategies. 
  2. Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients and pitch our solution tailored to their  business needs. 
  3. Market Research: Identify new markets and customer needs to expand the company’s reach.
  4.  Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining post-sales relationships. 
  5. Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotes for prospective clients. 
  6. Follow-ups: Maintain follow-up communication to convert leads into active clients.
  7. Reporting: Maintain records of all interactions and update CRM tools regularly. Prepare periodic sales reports for management review. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services or digital agencies. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and generate self-leads consistently. 
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of website development, SEO, and digital solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
