Job Description:

The Sr. Engineer / Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and overseeing engineering projects and operations. This role involves analyzing technical requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute engineering designs, plans, and specifications.

• Manage and oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to guide decision-making.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and technical drawings.

• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

• Monitor project progress, manage resources, and report status to management.

• Participate in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation as needed.

• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, or related field).

• Proven experience as an engineer in the relevant discipline, with senior-level experience preferred for Sr. Engineer roles.

• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, project management tools).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
