Sales Training Manager -Individual Contributor Role
Job Description:
Business Unit Support: Provide training support for 2-3 divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Training Need Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement. *Design and Deliver Sales Training Programs*: Create and deliver training programs for frontline sales representatives, focusing on products and sales skills.
- Content Development: Develop and maintain training content, including training modules and manuals.
- Physical Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to sales representatives.
- Virtual Learning Delivery: Conducting Virtual Learning (VILT/ WBT) on LMS platform.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administrative Work: Reporting and maintaining record and analysis of all training activities
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure training alignment with business objectives.
Basic Competencies Required:
- Sales Experience in Pharma (Respiratory)
- Experience as Area Manager and above
- 1-2 years’ experience as Training Manager in Pharma Sales Training
- Proficiency in oral & written English, Hindi and 1-2 regional languages
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Digital Learning tools as LMS
