Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager from the Medical Device industry to lead and manage our human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with business objectives, support regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, regulatory, R&D, and commercial roles.
Collaborate with department heads to define workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
Design effective onboarding programs tailored to industry-specific compliance needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Build a positive workplace culture ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and sensitivity.
Lead employee communication and engagement initiatives.

Performance Management & Development:

Implement and monitor performance management systems aligned with organizational goals.
Identify training needs, design learning programs, and drive career development initiatives.
Support leadership in succession planning and talent pipeline building.

Compliance & HR Operations:

Ensure HR policies are aligned with labor laws, medical device regulations, and ISO standards.
Oversee payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Strategic HR & Leadership Support:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR strategy, culture, and change management.
Partner with business heads to drive organizational development and workforce planning.
Support audits and regulatory inspections from an HR compliance standpoint.

Qualifications & Skills


MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in the Medical Device/Healthcare/Life Sciences sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
