Job Description:

• Machine operation: Set up, run, and monitor machinery according to production specifications and schedules. 
• Material handling: Load raw materials and prepare machinery for operation. 
• Quality control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and troubleshoot any issues. 
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep machinery in good working order. 
• Safety: Follow all company safety protocols, adhere to workplace regulations, and use all necessary personal protective equipment. 
• Documentation: Maintain production logs, report any malfunctions, and keep records of approved and defective units. 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with an ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Solid mathematical skills, including knowledge of algebra, geometry, and statistics.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, often weighing 40 pounds or more.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience. 

• Production floor with potential exposure to loud noises, varying temperatures, and other hazards.
• Requires wearing safety gear such as safety glasses, earplugs, and potentially a hairnet or beard net.
• May require shift work, including nights and weekends.
