3D Render Visualizer & Layout Designer (Event Spaces)
Job Role / Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D renders for event setups across homes, hotels, banquet halls, outdoor venues, and custom spaces
Design event layouts for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, private parties, and brand activations
Visualize stage designs, décor concepts, lighting, seating plans, installations, and spatial flow as per client briefs
Adapt designs to different venue sizes, themes, budgets, and client preferences
Convert concepts, mood boards, rough sketches, and venue drawings into realistic 3D visuals
Collaborate closely with event planners, décor teams, vendors, and production teams
Make quick revisions based on client feedback and on-ground feasibility
Ensure layouts are practical, safe, and executable at real event sites
Prepare final visuals for client presentations, approvals, and production reference
Key Skills & Tools
3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape
Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
Strong understanding of space planning, scale, lighting, color, and materials
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven event environments and innovation
