Associate Technical Lead, Software Development

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Exp - 5 to 7 Years
Salary - INR 30 Lac To 35 Lac

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design and implement new features.

• Create automated tests.

• Develop and maintain supporting tooling.

• Analyze and fix bugs.

• Provide support to other (non-developer) team members and field engineers.

Qualifications:

•5 to 7 years of experience in SW engineering role.

•Good experience in C#

•Knows how to use a version control system, preferably git.

•Understands UML models and is able to create them.

•Handles the full development cycle: requirements gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, installation and support.

•Knowledge of image processing, automation or robotics is a plus.

•Good spoken/written English communication skills.

•Can work independently in a small team.

•Takes initiative.

MUST HAVES

Min 5 yrs experience in C#.
Min BE/BTech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges only
- Must have Product Development experience and worked in Product company (either current company or past).
- Web based profiles will not fit for this role.
LOOK FOR Developers profile with WINDOWS experience.

Good spoken/written English communication skills.
-No gaps in organization
-No job hoppers(candidate must have good stability, min 2 years in an organization)
- No Poach - HCL (current company must not be HCL)

-Ability to understand and create UML models.
C++ Development Experience
Ability to work independently in a small team.
Initiative-taking attitude.
Tier 1,2 Colleges.

Product based only ( No service based/ banking), Tier 1,2 Colleges.

Office Location: Chennai ( Relocation Mandatory)
Reporting Structure: Hybrid ( 3 days WFO)
Interview Process: 3 technical round + Managerial Round + HR Round

Salary mentiond is the fixed component, annual CTC can go upto 40lacs
